Each personalised print is created especially for the recipient using the hobbies, interests, places and memories that make them unique.

Choose an initial to represent their name, or a special number to celebrate a milestone birthday, anniversary or another meaningful occasion.

Your artwork can include three to five details, such as:

• Hobbies and interests
• Favourite places or travel memories
• Pets or animals
• Flowers and favourite colours
• Sports or outdoor activities
• Books, music or creative interests
• Meaningful objects or family connections
• A short name, date or special year

Every piece is personally illustrated by me. I create each composition from your story, then digitally hand-paint it in my own gentle whimsical style. No two designs will ever be the same!

How personalisation works

After placing your order, you will receive an email containing a link to a short personalisation form.

The form will ask for:

• The initial or special number required
• The recipient’s name
• Three to five interests or meaningful details
• Preferred colours
• Any short wording, names or dates
• Anything you would particularly like included or avoided
• The date the artwork is needed

Please include your order number when completing the form so I can match your details to your purchase.

Reference photographs

You are welcome to provide photographs of pets, people, places or meaningful objects for me to use as visual reference.

The email will explain how to send your photographs. They will be used as inspiration and interpreted in my illustrated style rather than copied as an exact portrait.

Please only send photographs that you own or have permission to share.

Your Personalised Artwork

Your finished artwork will be professionally printed at A4 size on to Blockingford watercolour paper ready for you to frame. It will be posted free of charge to your chosen address in the uk. For all other destinations, it will be charged at cost and invoiced separately.

The frame and decorative props shown in the photographs are not included.

The design process

Once I have received your completed personalisation form, I will begin creating your artwork.

You will receive a digital proof before the final file is supplied or the artwork is printed.

One round of small amendments is included. Significant changes to the original brief or additional rounds of amendments may incur an extra charge.

Timescale

Please allow approximately two to three weeks for your artwork to be created.

If your order is needed sooner for a particular birthday, anniversary or celebration, please contact me before purchasing so I can confirm availability.

Important information

Each piece is individually designed and will naturally vary from the examples shown.

Please check all names, dates and personalisation details carefully before submitting your form.

Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed artwork.

Because this is a personalised product, it cannot normally be cancelled, returned or exchanged once work has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or contains an error made by me.
